      Orders placed before 8:00AM Sydney time each business day are packed and sent the same day. We use the most efficient postage possible which is next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas- Perth CBD only). Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 days.
      We are unable to deliver to PO-Boxes and only process deliveries to actual addresses.

      Express shipping is not available for all postcodes, please check below link before selecting express shipping option, as we are unable to refund shipping fees.

      PROCESSING TIMES

      Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email after 11:00AM on the day that orders are shipped out.

      Delivery time

      If you have not received your items within 5 business days for express shipment and 10 business days for flat shipping of of receiving your order shipment tracking details please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.  In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest drop point for collection. Please check your spam box for any notification emails from us. Unfortunately, we have no control over delivery process by couriers and post, and cannot guarantee the delivery time. We are unable to speed up delivery process or make any claim If your delivery delayed due to any circumstances coursed by couriers or post.

      We cannot guarantee delivery time for any type of deliveries, as we are not a courier company, and have no control over couriers and post delivery process. We are unable to secure your order against any lost or damage during delivery process. Any damage or lost occur during delivery is out of our control and needs to be followed up with courier company.

      Delivery Address

      We require correct delivery address to be provided during checkout process to an actual deliverable address in Australia. Delivery fee and costs will be on customer if such incorrect address or PO BOX used at the checkout and we need to resend the order to another address.

      Tracking your order

      Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel. This is your responsibility to follow up your delivery and lease with the courier for delivery.

      If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local depot.

      All Dahua cameras, recording device and Intercoms are covered by a 3 years manufacturer warranty.

      All Hikvision cameras, recording device and Intercoms are covered by a 3 years manufacturer warranty.

      All EZVIZ cameras and Intercoms are covered by a 1 years manufacturer warranty.

      All Aiphone Intercoms and Access Control are covered by 3 years manufacturer warranty.

      All UNV cameras and recording device are covered by 2 years back-to-base manufacturer warranty.

      All HDL Home Automation equipment are covered by 5 years manufacturer warranty.

      All FIBARO products are covered by a 1 years manufacturer warranty.

      All CAME and BPT equipment are covered by a 3 years manufacturer warranty.

      All Accessories are covered by one year manufacturer warranty.


      Consumer Law, Return, Refund and Exchange Policy:


      (a) ACL: Certain legislation including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in the Consumer and Competition Act 2010 (Cth), and similar consumer protection laws and regulations may confer you with rights, warranties, guarantees and remedies relating to the provision of goods or services to you by us via the Site which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. Our liability is governed solely by the ACL and these Terms.
      (b) Goods: If you are a consumer as defined in the ACL, the following notice applies to you: “Our goods come with warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Consumer Guarantees). You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
      (c) Our warranties: To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all express and implied warranties, and all material and work is provided to you without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
      (d) Manufacturer warranties: Certain products, including particular models of IP security cameras and DVR/NVR equipment, may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty is in addition to but may overlap with any rights and remedies you may have under applicable law, including any Consumer Guarantees. If you are not considered a “consumer” within the meaning of the ACL, the manufacturer’s warranty may be your sole remedy. You should check the manufacturer’s warranty, as many manufacturers’ warranties do not apply in a business or commercial setting. Please contact the manufacturer if you would like to make a claim under the manufacturer’s warranty.
      (e) Repair, replacement or a refund: If you wish to seek repair, replacement or a refund for a product, please contact us and we will explain the requirements to you. This may include you providing evidence of the faulty product to us.
      (f) Refund: You are not entitled to a refund for change of mind or order incorrect items or shipping fees. If you are entitled to a refund, we will only give you the refund once evidence of faulty product is received by us, or we have received the product at our warehouse and inspected it and assessed whether it is eligible for a refund under these Terms. Any refund we make will be by the same payment method used to purchase the product. postage costs, bank fees, Afterpay fees, ZipPay fees and Paypal fees for claiming of Refund will need to be covered by the purchaser.
      (g) Installed: Subject to this clause, we will not accept for return any product that has been used, connected, installed, attempted to be connected or installed, or if your product is custom-made or is a special buy product.
      (h) Packaging: You must adequately package any product you are returning for our collection to ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery to our warehouse. You are also responsible for arranging the return delivery and the costs involved. Note – return postage costs for claiming of warranty will need to be covered by the purchaser.
      (i) Duty of care: You have a duty of care for the product while it is in your possession. If you damage products, then subsequently return the products, you may be liable to pay to repair the product to its original condition. In these circumstances, where a repair is not economically viable, no refund will be made.
